A coating possible:  Southeastern NY State, Fairfield County, CT, Eastern Long Island

 

Coating to an inch possible:  Northeastern PA, Northern NJ (roughly north of Rt. 78), NYC,                                                                   Western Long Island

 

1-2 inches possible:  East Central PA, Central NJ
