Quick Update

The European model had a bad run this morning.  There will be some rain on Wednesday, then variably cloudy and cool for Halloween with highs near 50 and in the mid to upper 40's at trick or treat time, then showers on Friday, with rain, heavy at times on Friday night.  Full update with the evening forecast discussion tonight.  There will be no storm for next Sunday according to the European model.
