Please keep in mind that this only includes through 7 am on Thursday morning and there would be more snow after this map ends, as the model only goes out this far since it is a short-range model. To give you a better idea as to the potential, look back to the red around Washington D.C. and Baltimore. That band represents 15-18 inches and would almost definitely extend through our area. Honestly, this storm can trend even worse as we get closer in time. It all depends on the track that the storm takes. It could also trend further offshore, pushing that band out over the ocean, so we need to wait and see, but this map shows the potential quite well.
