Coating to an inch or two possible: East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, Orange, Putnam, Northern Rockland and Northern Westchester Counties in NY, and Northern Fairfield County, CT
1-4 inches possible: Northeastern PA
6+ inches possible: As far south as Northwestern CT, as far west as about Albany, NY, then east through the western half of Massachusetts, then north through about just west of Rutland VT, and north through east of Burlington VT, then east through New Hampshire and Maine, except possibly far Southeastern NH near the coast and possibly along the Maine coast.
1-2 FEET possible: Eastern Vermont through New Hampshire (excluding extreme Southeastern NH), and through Western Maine
