MONDAY – light snow changing to rain in Central NJ between about 2 am and 4 am, then in East Central PA, most of Northern NJ (except possibly extreme Northwestern sections), Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY, NYC, Long Island, and in Fairfield County, CT, between about 4 am and 7 am, possibly remaining snow in Northeastern PA, far Northwestern NJ, and in Orange and Putnam Counties in NY, total possible accumulations of a coating to an inch in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island, an inch or two in East Central PA, Northeastern NJ, Southern Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY, and in Southern Fairfield County, CT, 1-3 inches in Northwestern NJ, Northern Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY, and 2-4 inches in Northeastern PA, possibly in far Northwestern NJ, Orange and Putnam Counties in NY, and in Northern Fairfield County, CT, rain and snow ending in the afternoon or early evening, lows in the mid to upper 20’s in Northeastern PA, the upper 20’s to low 30’s in Southeastern NY and far Northern Fairfield County, CT, the low 30’s in East Central PA, Northern NJ and Southern Fairfield County, CT, the mid 30’s in Central NJ, and NYC, and the upper 30’s to low 40’s along the coast and on Long Island, HIGHS in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s
