TOMORROW – snow developing north of about Rt. 78 and rain south of about Rt. 78 between about 3 am and 6 am from west to east across the Allentown and New York City Metropolitan areas, ending in the afternoon in most places, the snow may change to rain in many places during the day, total possible snowfall accumulations of a dusting in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island, a dusting to an inch (with up to two inches possible in the higher elevations) in East Central PA, Northern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT, and 1-2 inches in Northeastern PA, lows in the low to mid 30’s inland and in the upper 30’s along the coast, HIGHS from the upper 30’s to low 40’s in Northeastern NJ, Northwestern NJ, and Northern Fairfield County, CT, to the upper 40’s in Central NJ

TUESDAY – increasing cloudiness, rain and snow developing between around 3 pm and 6 pm in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT, and rain in Central and far Northeastern NJ, NYC, and on Long Island, lows in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s inland and in the upper 30’s along the coast, HIGHS from the mid to upper 30’s in Northeastern PA to the mid to upper 40’s in Central NJ

WEDNESDAY – rain and snow ending between around 3 am and 6 am with total possible snowfall accumulations of a dusting to an inch in East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, Orange and Putnam Counties in NY, and in Northern Fairfield County, CT, and 1-3 inches possible in Northeastern PA, then clearing, lows in the low to mid 30’s in Northeastern PA, the mid 30’s in Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State and in Fairfield County, CT, the mid to upper 30’s in East Central PA and Northeastern NJ, the low 40’s in NYC, and in the low to mid 40’s in Central NJ and on Long Island, HIGHS in the low to mid 40’s
