Catastrophic Flooding Likely With Hurricane Harvey!

Catastrophic flooding will be likely with Hurricane Harvey that has now been upgraded to a category 3 storm. However, even though this is now the strongest hurricane to strike the United States in 12 years, the wind is not the story at all. The rain is going to be the story with this storm. In fact, the models are currently indicating higher rainfall amounts with this storm than I have ever before seen, with up to an unbelievable 60 inches of rain possible in parts of Southeastern Texas. I have no idea if this will really happen, but it very well may, and if it does, the impact will be just unbelievable.
