MONDAY – rain ending in the morning, possibly mixing with or changing to snow before ending in the highest elevations of Northeastern PA, then clearing, total rainfall of 1-4 inches likely from east to west across our region from the Eastern end of Long Island to East Central and Northeastern PA, lows in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s, highs in the upper 40’s to mid 50’s
