The tropical disturbance that will be approaching our area tomorrow was just upgraded by the National Hurricane Center to Tropical Storm Philippe!  Click here for the latest information on Tropical Storm Philippe that will be affecting our area tomorrow evening, in combination with an approaching cold front.
