FRIDAY – rain, possibly beginning as a brief period of freezing rain, sleet, or snow in some northern locations, lows in the upper 20’s and 30’s, with some low 40’s along the coast, highs from the upper 40’s to low 50’s in Northeastern PA to the mid to upper 50’s in Central NJ
