Be Careful - Freezing Rain Developing in Some Places

The rain has started a bit early than predicted in parts of our area and temperatures are still below freezing, so the rain is freezing on contact in some locations. If driving this afternoon, please be careful. Temperatures should gradually warm above freezing in all locations, but the ground is very cold, so it could take a while, possibly into this evening in some places.
