TOMORROW – rain developing in the morning from west to east, mixing with and then changing to snow in most places in the morning and afternoon from west to east, a trace to an inch of snow is possible, except for up to 2 inches possible in the highest elevations of Northeastern PA, becoming windy, with gusts up to 40 mph possible, early morning pre-dawn highs from the upper 30’s to mid 40’s in Northeastern PA and Orange County, NY, to the mid 50’s along the coast and on Eastern Long Island, dropping to the upper 20’s to low 30’s by sunrise in Northeastern PA, to low to mid 30’s in East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, and Orange County, NY by mid-morning, to the low to mid 30’s in Northeastern PA, the rest of Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT, by noon, to the mid 30’s in Central NJ and NYC by noon, and by mid-afternoon on Long Island

WEDNESDAY – variably cloudy, windy, with gusts of 20-40 mph possible in the morning, lows in the mid teens to mid 20’s, highs in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s

THURSDAY – variably cloudy, lows in the upper teens to mid 20’s, highs from the low to mid 30’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 40’s along the coast

FRIDAY – variably cloudy, lows in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s, highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s

SATURDAY – variably cloudy, lows in the mid teens to mid 20’s, highs in the 30’s

SUNDAY – chance of rain, lows in the 20’s to low 30’s, highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s
