TOMORROW – cloudy, light rain in Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, in Rockland, Westchester, and Putnam Counties in NY, on Long Island, and in Fairfield County, CT, clearing in the afternoon and evening from southwest to northeast, and then a chance of a shower at night in Northeastern PA, lows from the upper 30’s to low 40’s in East Central and Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s on Eastern Long Island, highs from the upper 40’s to mid 50’s in Northeastern PA to the low 60’s in Central NJ

WEDNESDAY – mostly sunny, lows in the 30’s, except the low 40’s on Long Island, highs in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s

THURSDAY – increasing cloudiness, chance of rain developing in East Central PA, Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, and on Long Island, and a chance of rain or snow developing in Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT, possibly changing to snow at night, and possibly becoming heavy at times, lows in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s, highs from the low to mid 40’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in Central NJ and on Eastern Long Island
