changing to rain in Central NJ in the late morning, mixing with and then
changing to rain in NYC and on Long Island, mixing with sleet, freezing rain,
and then changing to rain in East Central PA and Northern NJ, changing to sleet
and freezing rain in Northeastern PA, and possibly mixing with or changing to
sleet and freezing rain in Southeastern NY State and Fairfield County, CT, then
changing back to snow at night in Southeastern NY State, Fairfield County, CT,
Northeastern PA, and possibly far Northwestern NJ, there could be a significant accumulation of ice in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT, Sunday afternoon and evening. becoming windy in the
afternoon and especially evening, with gusts of up to 45 mph possible, except
up to 55 mph possible along the coast and on Long Island, lows in the 20’s to
low 30’s with some mid 30’s along the NJ Coast, highs from the upper 20’s in
Northeastern PA to the upper 40’s to mid 50’s along the NJ Coast
MONDAY – precipitation
changing to snow in Northeastern PA, Central and Northern NJ, NYC, and on Long
Island in the morning, ending in Central NJ around midday, windy in the morning
with gusts of up to 35 mph inland and up to 50 mph along the coast and on Long
Island, lows in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s, highs early in the morning from the
upper 20’s to low 30’s in Northeastern PA, to the mid to upper 40’s along the
coast, then dropping
TUESDAY – light
snow and snow showers ending early in the morning, followed by clearing, lows in
the 20’s to low 30’s, highs in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s
