TODAY – rain,
ending this evening, rain changing to snow late this morning and early this
afternoon in Northeastern PA and possibly mixing with or changing to snow this
afternoon and early evening in East Central PA, Northern NJ, Southeastern NY
State, and in Fairfield County, CT, there could be anywhere from 1-10 inches of
snow in Northeastern PA, with the lowest amounts in the lowest elevations near
East Central PA and the NJ border, and the highest elevations receiving the
highest amounts, where travel could become extremely difficult, very quickly,
late this morning and early this afternoon, snowfall could also accumulate a
coating to an inch in East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, and in Orange County, NY,
with a trace to a coating possible in Northeastern NJ, the rest of Southeastern
NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT, it will be windy, with gusts of up to 60
mph possible, except for up to 70 mph possible on Long Island, highs this
morning from the mid 30’s to mid 40’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 50’s to
low 60’s in East Central NJ, dropping rapidly late this morning in Northeastern
PA and early this afternoon elsewhere

variably cloudy, chance of a snow shower or flurry, especially at night, lows
in the mid teens to mid 20’s, highs in the 30’s to low 40’s
SUNDAY – chance
of a snow shower in the morning, then variably cloudy with a chance of light
rain or light snow developing at night, lows in the 20’s to low 30’s, highs in
the 30’s to low 40’s
