TODAY – increasing cloudiness, rain and snow developing tonight from southwest to northeast, changing to snow from northwest to southeast, except possible in far Southern NJ, highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s

 

TOMORROW – snow, heavy at times in the morning, except possibly rain in far Southern NJ, ending in the late morning and early afternoon from west to east, then gradual clearing, windy in the morning with gusts up to 40 mph in the southern half of NJ, NYC, and on Long Island, and up to 50 mph possible along the NJ Coast, lows in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s, highs in the mid 30’s to low 40’s

Trace to an inch:  far Southern NJ

 

1-4 inches:  Southeastern PA, Southern NJ (south of Trenton east to about Toms River)

 

4-8 inches with localized amounts up to 10 inches:  East Central PA and Central NJ (south of Rt. 78), far northern portions of Northeastern PA

 

6-12 inches with localized amounts up to 18 inches possible:  Northeastern PA (except far Northern portions), Northern NJ (north of approximately Rt. 78), NYC, Long Island, Southeastern NY State, Fairfield County, CT

 

WEDNESDAY – mostly sunny, lows in the upper teens to mid 20’s, highs in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s

 

THURSDAY – variably cloudy, chance of snow showers in the afternoon and evening, especially in Southeastern NY State, on Long Island, and in Fairfield County, CT, lows in the mid to upper teens, highs in the low to mid 30’s

 

FRIDAY – variably cloudy, lows in the mid 20’s to low 30’s, highs in the 30’s

 

SATURDAY – variably cloudy, chance of a snow shower in the morning, lows in the mid teens to low 20’s, highs in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s

 

SUNDAY – mostly sunny, lows in the mid teens to low 20’s, highs in the mid 30’s to low 40’s
